Will my Elizabeth Olliver dress fit me?

We believe that your dress should fit you perfectly.  Our sizes are standard and will fit most everyone.  However, if you feel that we have not covered your specific measurements please contact us (link to contact page) and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Size Chart

The following steps will help you accurately measure your size:

Step 1.  Get a measuring tape, a pencil and paper, and put on lightweight clothing.

Step 2. Draw the tape around the fullest part of your bust.  Make sure the tape is taut but not tight, and it is flat, not twisted.  Write down the measurement where the tape meets itself.

Step 3. Repeat for the smallest part of the waist, the bust, and the low hips (about 8″ below the waist).

Step 4. Check the sizing chart above for your size.

What if I want to return or exchange my dress?

Our return policy is simple and straightforward: If you are not satisfied with your dress for any reason we will gladly pay for all shipping of returns and exchanges. (You read that correctly!)

Returns and exchanges are accepted for money back or store credit under the following conditions

– Item was purchased within 30 days of the return date

– Item is unused (has not been worn) and is returned in the original packaging

– Refunds and exchanges are not processed until the return item has been received and logged by us

How long will it take for me to receive my Elizabeth Olliver dress?

Just as we want you to enjoy your Elizabeth Olliver dress, purchasing one should be simple and convenient. That’s why we charge one simple shipping fee for all ground shipments, no matter where you live in the United States.

We ship Monday – Friday, except for the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and all US Postal holidays and Bank Holidays.

All orders placed with ground shipping will ship within 2 business days. We can expedite orders for an additional cost – these will be shipped immediately one the order is processed.

Elizabeth Olliver ships with the US Post Office for ground orders and FedEx for expedited orders. If you wish to receive your dress quickly please send us a quick e-mail and we’ll quote you a new shipping rate.

Does Elizabeth Olliver ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

How can I track my order?

Simply log into you account and track the status of your order through your recent order history. You should also have received an e-mail with tracking details once your dress shipped. If you never got this e-mail send us an e-mail at web@elizabetholliver.com

We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I order a custom size?

Our nifty sizing chart accommodates sizes 0-12, however if you find that these measurements do not accommodate you please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.

How do I care for my Elizabeth Olliver Dress?

All Elizabeth Olliver dresses are made with the best fabrics in the world, therefore it is necessary for you to take the best possible care of your dress.

All fabrics are meant to be dry cleaned only, but each fabric has different needs regarding pressing and dry cleaning.  Please make sure that you follow the care label in the side seam of your Elizabeth Olliver dress carefully, this will help maximize its life in your closet.
